someone ratted him out, or he sold to a UC. Either way someone must have told someone that he was manufacturing otherwise they would have just went in for distro.

ya... he sold to a confidential informant the narcs straight up told him... but im wondering why the manufacturing of marijuana was on the warrant 4

not sure where this happened, but this shows how little real evidence can be used to get a warrant
