manage attachments button not on toolbar on replies

So I'm trying to figure out how to post pictures in replies to PM's or threads. If I start a new thread, like this one, there is a manage attachments paperclip tag to click, and upload the picture. But in a reply situation, in the advanced box, or regular, that icon is not on my toolbar, where it should be. Is this a setting issue I can change? I don't use photobucket or any other site for pics, so I need this to work. I don't have a URl to put in the box under insert image icon.

Help is really appreciated. I'm not very good at using computers .

use the "insert image" icon. it is located in the reply toolbar next to the image of the filmstrip. also in advanced reply, you can use the manage attachments button to post pics



also to get an URL of an image, just right click on your mouse and it will have an option to copy URL of image. then just use that URL to copy and paste to the URL box
