BOLLOCKS.
1 year, and 500$?
What im sure they will call a slap on the wrist, but 1 year and 500$ more than this man deserves.
He could have been a bit more tidy about his documentation and keeping his anonymity...
But even so, i believe this unjust prohibition started and fueled by personal interest and dirty politics is long over due for an end.
And cases like these will be remembered in the same light as proceedings for and persecutions of Jim Crow laws, and other antiquities of an inadequate and officious bureaucracy past: Shamefully, with rueful remorse and disdain.

Damn. That's some shit, and he shouldn't have gotten that time. I got caught and only got probation. Even with having a record. Course I had a good paid attorney. But giving away your identity online for everyone on the planet to have access to is just asking for trouble. Which is why I'm always on a beach. They'll never find me..muahahaha:clap:

must of not of been in a legal state ? or his numbers were over ? or they really wanted him.
Or he could have been in a medical state unlicensed, as is the case here.
Its a New Hampshire news station, and as we surmise from the most precursory of searches thier MMJ program was signed into law as of July 23 2013.
Their mmj program is barely signed, let alone off the ground.
There wont be so much as a card, much less a care giver authorization for some many, many moons to come.
This guy was just one of us, a patient supplying himself with the holistic cure nature offers as an alternative to the poisons produced by the pharmaceutical industrial complex.
Now the same media that labels his medicine a drug and the drugs his medicine will rest smugly, knowing their coffers are filled with Big Pharm's money filling their coffers and another "criminal" behind bars.

couldn't agree more don't use a plant for help just take some synthetic heroin and it will all be okay. I posted it for people to think before they upload yes it was in N.H. Were it is unlawful to grow. And although i'm sure the tip that the cops got was given by some one he knew. but to just have your face shine in your Mylar is all they need to end you.

I'm always very careful to look over every pic I post to make sure there's no identifying information in them, I try to always take them in the same places in the house as well with generic backgrounds. The most personal thing I'll post is pictures of buds being harvested on the area newspaper. I live less than 30 miles from NYC, there's a lot of people who read that paper!
