Male plant or WTF!!!

Need some advice on this plant. It is around 3 weeks old, and small in comparison too its grow room mate. Both are in a hydro grow. Just need too know if its a male so I can pull it. This is only my second grow, hate to dick up my one plant that is kicking ass. Never seen a plant like this before, any and all info will be outstanding!!!!

looks female to me, hard to see any balls in there but you have lots of white pistils

Did you mean 3 weeks into 12/12 rather than 3 weeks old? How long were they vegged for?

That is a very advanced flowering female for 3 weeks from seed - almost unheard of to be at that stage anyway 12/12 from seed.

It is a female, just a female from those pics - but that is not the most pertinent issue raised by this thread imo. Are they autoflower plants? What light schedule are they under?

Pics of it's 'mate' too please. Is that one flowering as well?
