male or Hemaphrodite

I posted a pic (wills see if I can dig up) but was told it was a male and to get rid of it. I thought to grow it out as I might as well after discovering or told it was a male. Anyways I been reading the Bible by Jorge C and I noticed pics of males and this one does not have the sacks or characters of a Male as shown in pics.
but I am new and very skeptical of myself.
Please if you can tell or really know for sure when you see this let me know what "it" is or is it a He?
Regards
the original pic is on my other computer so these are current pics of IT
ok found the thread

Indeed a male, first pic is all I had to look at. Outside male...or even hermie for that matter, you are sending "rouge" pollen into the air my friend..and probably seeding someone's girls. Do yourself, and other growers in your area a favor and kill the male.

Hi- I think it is a hermie AKA a female plant with male flowers. Pull it. It has sacks of male flowers so its not worth it.

well it is outside because it came from inside the weather is not vegetative yet as it is Jan begin of Feb
Yes to pull it has about 3 weeks to be ripe. I was wondering about the whole process and to see if he or
it was potent enough to make butter or smoke the smaller buds?

Of course I do not want to pollinate others and will pull before the day gets longer then 12 hours here. And I may just for fun bag some pollen fertilize a female from the dispense maybe a plat kush or Blue Dream or maybe a Banana OG or the Purple kush....? I will probably fertilize one bud by bagging it and fertilizing on the females branch (if possible) need to read about that in the bible by J.C
As mentioned I have 4 girls of some killer strain but this one is out and they are inside and still in veg mode. I cloned some of the girls so I have to wait a month to flower them.
This was a seedling is why I ended up with a Male. My Brother who I gave some seeds too ended up with some nice Girls.
I read that length of light interval will also make it turn one sex or the other as well as light used after Germination. There is a Hormone that can be sprayed on a plant to help it go either Male or Female pending on desired outcome. Thanks for you help everyone this is a great place most of the time as long as you remember most of us are proned to write or say something goofy on account of the vapors around here. LOL

Males produce VERY little thc my man. You are pretty much wasting your time and energy on that plant.

I gotta correct you here my man. If the plant is outside, and its winter..the thing is flowering NOW...and someone else very well could have an outside winter crop. The concern isnt when other growers put VEG plants outside. Pollen wont phase veg plants, only girls in flower. So waiting is no good, you are throwing pollen into the air NOW. You see that first pic you posted? The little bulbous growth at the node? That is an OPEN male flower.

As far as I know length of light does not determine sex. Temps do though for sure, much like in alligator eggs actually.

All I can say is if you want to save some pollen from that male, do so...but then kill it for the sake of other outside grows. Read in Jorges book man (I also own it)...he talks about how pollen can cross oceans...enough said.

Thank you... I also found this
Male Marijuana plants do in fact grow THC. The Male flowers contain THC, but a much smaller amount than the Female flowers. Male plants also produce THC on their leaves, but again, it is a much lower content than from Female leaves.

Male plants are rarely harvested as the flowers have a low THC content. Female plants can have as much as 20% THC content on the flowers, while Male may only grow as much as 3% THC content on the flowers. From personal experience, I have harvested a 3 month male marijuana plant, and made cannabutter from all the leaves and flowers. The end result was very disappointing; it wasn't even strong enough to give a high.

So on that note I shall go pull him and tap for the pollen go read the bible about pollinating a branch for seeds. (self preservation)
