It's not ready to show. Want to really know, just flip it.
Cheers for your advice, I Would but Have got another 4 under my lights and don't want to trigger flowering yet, They have been under 24/0 hours off light to get them growing a bit quicker.

If it isn't showing sex than it's anybody's guess. You have to wait to see preflowers.

^^^^^^ that

I've been growing since a youngster and I still don't kill anything until it's very clear what sex it is. Some have really puffy vaginas that look a bit odd at first sign. Then they end up popping hairs and being a perfect female....... well a female with a big puffy vagina....

Fastest way to know is to get it sex tested. A small hole punch (4mm) in size is all that is required. Results within 24 hours with PhenoXpress.

Ahh never off that like, So what do you do punch a small hole in the main stem and will white hairs come out off it?

Cheers I've got a few seedlings there, I'll do it to a few off them does it change colour or something? Or gives you another indication?
It's a colometric assay based of ph change by annealing of the primers with the presence of the Y chromosome marker. It's a very quick test, takes about a couple of hours including DNA extraction. Below is the website. Definitely check it out!

Fem seeds are a real breeze if you dont want to sex.

Most of us have sexed hundreds of plants so to us theres no rush and no rush to kill males.

Practice getting pollen if you get males, youll need this skill one day.

I love to top plants, if you need any reference to topping i have much pictures of that.

Heres me circa 2011 with some topped plants

You don't pay to send the samples. If you have multiple plants it is worth it. How much space and time are you utilizing for potential males when you can optimize full capacity for known females? Also the summer sale promotion is $10 per plant for 16 or more plants, so there's better opportunity to take advantage of discounts.

What do you mean you don't pay to send the samples? How do they get them? It's only $10 if you send more than 16 samples. Are you associated with this company? It is not worth $10 to me to have them tell me what sex a plant is. I might be interested in finding out THC or CBD levels but I have never done that and I have a testing lab less than a mile from my house that I can walk to and drop off samples. Maybe a large scale operation would want to screen for males but then they are probably cloning from female mothers not growing from seed so no need to sex.
