Male or Female? What's your guess? Plus, Weird growth?

Found the first preflower on one of my plants. They're bag seed, so I'm not expecting anything spectacular but that doesn't mean I'm not hoping they all turn out to be big beautiful females . I snapped a couple macro shots of the preflower, and from the looks of it I'm thinking it's most likely a male. You can make out the little stem that its protruding from which is a characteristic of a male flower. It does have an awfully pointy tip but that doesn't necessarly imply anything either way.
Just for additional info this plant is the largest of the four I'm growing. More odds in favor of it being male...:wall:

What are your guesses fellow growers? I know I might as well just wait and find out but I'm much too impatient for such nonsense.

The last picture is some long weird bit growing out of the opposite side of the plant. Same node as the preflower. At first glance I thought it was a pistil and thought the plant must be a female, but on closer inspection I realized there was only one, it didn't seem to be coming out of a calyx and it was green, not white. Any thoughts on what it is? Thank you all!image2.PNGimage1.PNG image3.PNG
