I was wondering how exactly can you tell if a plant is male or female? Can you find a way to tell if a seed is male or female? Why am I hearing male plants are bad for your crop?

males have polin sacks and females have hairs, now mails are bad if your growing for bud but if your growing for seeds then that's a good thing

Thats all I've been doing for the past couple of days.. but thanks, I'll read more.

ROFL.. sure GUILT me into it! {nice move!!!}

In the Simplest terms.....You DO NOT WANT MALES because they make the females produce seeds instead of growing buds. Pollinated females are like lactating mothers.. .all their energy is going to feeding the seed.... NOT growing the bud. Get it????

To my Knowledge no, thats why so many people like growing from clones, because they know what they are getting.
Thanks - so a little of both in my crop wouldn't hurt either sex right?
It wont hurt if all you want is seeds... If you have just one male in your crop, then chances are you wont get any buds... just seeds. If your going for both seeds and buds... Isolate one male and one female in a separate room were the pollen cant reach the rest of your females.
