Making Supersoil

I'm fairly new to growing, I've grown around 6 plants indoors with basic soil and nutes. Not really experienced grower nor did the plants produce worth anything. I stopped growing b/c of the difficulty but after a couple years decided to begin again. I've read up on making my own supersoil so I wouldnt have to really worry about adding nutrients throughout the grow--I feel this way would be best suited for me doing all the work up front versus trying to figure out nute schedules (which is how I screwed half my other ones up).

Does anyone have experience with this method as for 1 its cheaper than Subcools and 2 less time restricting from what I'm gathering. The method involves
1bag of FoxFarms Light Warrior
--1bag FoxFarm Original planting Mix
--1 bag FoxFarm Ocean Forest
--1cup Happy Frog Fruit and Flower
--and 8qts Perlite
--I will probably also use HappyFrogs potting mix as the base

Will this be too 'Hot' for my seeds or plants in the long run?

I will be growing outdoors in about 3-4 five gallon pots and around 5 three gallon pots. I have all Auto-flowering Fem strains..I don't want to worry with nutes, adjusting PH is fine with me if necessary so will this work for me if anyone has used this method? Thanks for any input
