making outdoor plant flower

I've got some green crack and some strawberry cough, all in the grown, outside, mountains in so. cal. anyway my green crack look like i could at the end of this month force it to flower by make stakes and dark type tent and give it 12/12. I'm concerned about mold in an enclosed space like that with no air. anybody ever tried anything like this

Im sure you could figure out a way to ventilate it, but if your in SoCAL, humidity shouldnt be much of a problem, meaning mold will be irrelevent.
