Making Hash

I'm trying to make some hash since I've never had any before and I want this to be a very special 420. I have a mini food processor(any problems using this?) that I'll use to grind up the bud and get the crystals. Then put them in plastic and press them with a heated knife. Anyone got any experience making hash like this? And how does the high of hash compare to a normal bud high?

Anyone wanna tell me what it's like before I try it? and any tips on how to smoke it? I was thinking about just putting a chunk onto a nice bowl and burning it in my bong.

I ended up just putting it on top of bowls, burned great and got me high as hell.

That's pressed kief, not hash.

Actual hash requires a bucket, a lot of ice and water, about 9 draw-string bags with silk screens on the bottom (getting finer and finer as the progress downward), and a lot of left over bud or clippings. That's what you need to make 99-100% pure hash. You're looking at about 40-60% pure when it comes to pressed kief.

put some bud in some grain alcohol, let it sit for a week. filter out the bud. let the grain alcohol/thc mixture(green dragon) sit with no lid on it and the alcohol will evaporate off. whats left should be nearly pure thc
