Hello ganja gurus !!!
Newbie here...
I have with me 3 frisian duck seeds by dutch passion. As u know These are feminized, photoperiod seeds.

i want to breed this strain n multiply the seeds by feminizing. However, I have a few questions that I haven’t been able to find the answer to:
1. Can i breed this feminized strain wth colloid silver to produce seeds? That is to say, is it possible to feminize a feminized seed?
2. What is the recommended minimum PPM of colloidal silver in order to triggering male pollen for successfully produce feminized seeds?
3. If it works, will the resulting seeds be guaranteed to be genetically the same as the mother (not losing the ducky leaf shape.)?
Thanks all !!!

Thank much guru.. !!!
All you have to do is get your hands on some silver. I bought some silver wire off of Amazon for a few bucks. Used a surplus phone charger as my power source. A glass jar, some distilled water, and a piece of coardboard as the lid and I was good to go. I let it run about 8 hours till it started turning amber and the laser light showed it was ready. It's actually too simple to make once you get your hands on some silver... which is cheap really!

PPM of coillidal silver can't be measured. People giving you a PPM figure are bullshitting you. Use a laser light. If you can see the laser pointer light as solid line in the water, then you good to go.

Don't buy colloidal silver solution online. Make your own. It's not hard. Or you can use Silver Thiosulfate solution which is a mixture of silver nitrate and sodium thiosulfate. Both chemicals are available online depending what country you live in.

I was surprised to see this thread as I just started some Frisian Duck myself. I'm starting them for some friends but I'll keep one myself to make more seeds as well.

Everything spot on. Easy to make. I use jewellers silver wire. A few bucks online. Use a cell charger. The lower the wattage the better. Put the silver in water. Dont let them touch. About an inch apart. Silver only. Dont let the charger wires in the water. An airstone can be added to speed the process.

Start one earlier than the others. Abiut 2 weeks early. Spray it once daily right after flip and right before the stretch starts. When you see pollen sacs formw ait for them to open and collect some pollen. A thimble full goes a long ways.

Then remove it and when the others start flower pick a limb off each one and apply the pollen to the bud hairs (pistols) with a small cnavas paint brush for art. The a string to mark those limbs.

That makes a cross

You can also grow just one and spray it and let it finish. That will self it. Full of seed.

They got a little leggy. They were a little too far from the light. I've corrected that and they'll be just fine. Two for friends and one for myself. I'll be making plenty of seeds.

Needs ur suggestion please... !!!
Can i use this stuff ????
In have no idea if that stuff would work but if I had to guess I would say no. Don't spend any money on it..

If you need colloidal silver then make it. Silver is available worldwide. If you are in certain countries that allow the purchase then just buy sodium thiosulfate and silver nitrate and spray with STS solution.

Nice! I also got the tin jar with the 3 gems inside from PevGrow a month ago.

I strongly suggest cloning them so you can keep the ones you like (smell, color, more webby looking leaves, etc).
Also this way when you f around with them at least you have a back up.

Do you have space to just keep cloning them?

Here they are after a month, they'll be going outside once i figure out when it's safe to do so as i lower my hours from 20/4 to 14/10 (my photoPs in the tent are mostly sativa).
Kept 3rd seed as backup.
Top one is fimmed, other topped.
The fimmed one made 4 top branches, though im not sure how this will hold up outside, will it need more support?

My Frisian Ducks are coming along. I'm going to let them go for about another week then take some clones and toss both of these into flower. I'll spray one with STS and pollinate the other one.
