Making bulk 1w led purchase

I need total of around

232 red 1w LED
1112 royal blue 1w LED

I've sent off quote requests to everyone I can think of, I can't wait two month from China, does anyone have any good suggestions other than Digikey, Cutter, Mouser, Future, Jameco, Arrow, Steves LED, Rapid LED, LED Group Buy?

For now I need Single 1w leds as cheap as possible that can be mounted directly to aluminum.

cutter and rapid led both sell single stars

cutter usually has higher bins in my experience

Would these be a waste of time? they are so cheap.

I need to cover a lot of area at a low intensity - I don't really want to spend too much, I could easily be spending thousands here if I buy from the wrong place.
