Hello everyone I am getting everything ready for the stealth grow box. I want to know what tools should i use to efficiently cut into the cabinet below. I went to lowes and viewed the cabinet up close and it is made of plastic. It appears that the plastic is 1.5 inches thick. But before I cut into it what tools did you guys use to make yours?

here is a link to the cabinent i will be using.

many dif ways to do it. but prolly easiest with a jigsaw or a router. good luck! pricey cabinet. u could do a cheap stealth box out of wood, little more labor on ur part tho.

I plan on putting my 400w mh inside so how many exaust fans would you suggest? or do i really even need exhaust fans...... i was thinking just put a whole or two cover it with netting and have a small desk fan inside for air.. is that a good idea?
and what do you guys think bout using this puppy right here to make wholes for exhaust? Bi-Metal Hole Saw 4 1/2"

yea those in house bits are great. be careful drilling with those bits, seen ppl break wrist where i work not paying attention n goin to fast. -- One intake fan in and one exhaust out should b enough for the mh, tho u should try to find a way to connect directly to the reflector ;but u cant modify it as u chek temps. :bigjoint:

where can i find two fans that you speak of with two cords that i can plug right into the socket?...... because i am not good with modifications... I know thats what i would have to do for 2 pc fans

befor you cut into that cabinent brother look at those measurements. youre only going to be able to vegg a couple of plants in there. and if your thinking about flowering in there you will only be able to fit 2 plants max maybe less. i would return that thing and build something out of wood. or like ryantx was saying get a wood cabinet for less money! something that measures about 4ftx4ft that would maximize the space you will be able to utilize for growing. you can definatly grow in your cabinet there. but its alot of money for not alot of growing space. just my 2 cents. happy growing brother

Yeah I plan on only growing two plants but I want to grow them tall. I will be growing big bud and skunk #1 so i know they stretch out long and will more than likely support more bud.... due to height.... so I will be flowering in the same chamber... My buddy is going to give me clones so I am sure I will have females
