I got the lumber to build the roof on my wife's enclosure 3 days ago. So far all I've gotten done is setting up the staging, unloaded the lumber and stacked it neatly on blocking. It seams like every day there is something that distracts from my project. Yesterday it was coin operated laundry machines, I had 4 machines to move out of the basements of 2 buildings. So they could be replaced. Got my F-350 back from the garage the other day but I still need an inspection sticker. So I tried to get a sticker yesterday when I was in town. They were out so now I have to wait till Thursday.
Today I have to go to town and replace a light switch in a bathroom cause it won't shut off. Every day it's something. I wish I could just concentrate on our grow. But as usual, when I have shit that needs to get done the sky opens up and messes everything up.
The forecast calls for rainy weather all week..... Oh joy..!!

We've started trimming on Wednesday this week. This year we don't have as many friends helping so it's a good thing I bought a trim reaper. So far the trim machine is working great. It makes short work of a plant. It takes 4 people breaking branches down to keep up with me running the machine. When they fall behind a bit I do my tare down. I dumped 10 bottles of 90% isopropyl alcohol into a tote with a cover, to soak the broken down parts in for cleaning.
Wish I had bought one years ago.
I still want a twister T4 though, with 1 extra blade cartridge and 1 extra material drum, so I always have a spare of each soaking. It would pay for itself in short order. I have a bunch of folks that would pay good money for an operator and machine to make short work harvesting thier crops.

For those wanting an added layer of security. Here is a cheap inexpensive little trick.
Smoke grenade tops, shotgun primer's and trip wire.
All you need to do is drill the old primer out to the size of a shotgun primer and attach to a solid object (like a 1/2 inch pipe driven into the ground).

If you want more bang for your buck. Buy some firework mortors and stick the fuse up the hole in the bottom of the smoke grenade. The primer will light the fuse and give you a louder secondary bang.

Smoke grenade tops can be found at army surplus stores or purchasedo online for under $10 each.

My local tavern has been holding those for me for 3 months now. I missed out on a twisted tea race car hood. They auctioned off a bunch of displays and such a while ago to get some new equipment. So when they got these in they held them for me.
