Main Stem broken completely off 3/4ths of the way up. Saveable?

So my random afghan plant from herbies was getting too tall for my box so I took it out to try to tie down the top part. In the process I fucked up and elbowed my incense burner (one of the big ones) onto my plant and it snapped my stem off completely. I suppose now it is short enough to fit in the box but is it even worth saving? Like completely off, not hanging on by anything so I don't think taping it up will do anything and even if I did I would be back to my first problem. Is there really anything I can do? I do still have 2 plants left so Im not at a complete loss but I'm still pretty pissed none the less. Any help is appreciated.

Hmm.. half way through flower.. not good. Pretty sure your yield will be bad, but you could throw it back in the veg room if you have one and let it re-grow some.

It hasn't really even started flowering.

It looks stretched really bad anyways. A reveg wouldn't hurt.

Its so early in flower the other bud sites will fill in. That thing looks about what I would call week one of flower. They have a transition phase after the flip.

It needs more light regardless whether you keep it or start over.

I already chopped it. It was taking up allot of space anyway so hopefully the others I have will get more light. Thanks guys.

I already did. Its done. Its behind be now. Ill call it a learning experience. Shit happens when you are a noob at this so im just saying better luck next time. I just hope my other two will be ok and if you want to know what I mean by that then i have a post i made tonight in the plant problem section. Maybe my first grow wont work out ( hope it will) but at least I have the resources to start fresh next time.

I always say finish the grow. Even if things arent going your way and the plants suck, just finish it out. Thats the way to learn, by making mistakes and knowing what not to do. Say that plant or this harvest sucked, but you trimmed, dried and jarred. Then it molded in the jars, shit, mold! Well then at least youd have gotten the experience of moldy jars outta the way with a crappy harvest, rather than with the next awesome harvest. And then you could have tried making bho or some kind of extract. Weed is all learning. Dont give up ever, you can always salvage something out of a grow, even if its just a few joints and experience.

Well hopefully I can salvage what I have left of my 2 plants. I have learned so much from where I have come till now so even if my results suck then at least I got the experience. Im gonna try to finish this one out like you said. But even if I completely fail on thi,s I know ill be back at it when time permits me to do so. Its been a grinder but Im really starting to like this growin stuff so Im here to stay no doubt. Thanks for the encouraging words it means allot dude.

Hey no worries. This hobby is very addictive. The plants dont yell at you like a boss does, you usually get out what you put in as far as effort goes. Theres always something to learn, theres a million ways to grow and never a shortage of new things to test out. Its just all kinds of fun. When i got really addicted to growing was when i got my first hps bulb. Daaamn, then i got some real buds goin on.

I have an hps but its kust a measly 150 watt lol other then that im using a 300w galaxyhydro led. Ill upgrade eventually but im in school so money is tight and so is time which is probably the cause of mylow patience. Ill work on that though.

You would be better off with t5 over galaxy. Galxy burn out and most say they won't honor warranty. With a t5 it is a lifetime investment. Just got to buy new bulbs.

Ill probably just upgrade to a higher quality led or higher watt hps honestly. Not really trying to go down the cfl/flouro path if i dont have to. Unless its just for vegging yknow.

I was going to get a 400 cooltube but it would have been a real pain to fit it in my box with the fan and filter.
