Magnesium or Nitrogen?

i have 2 plants both experiencing nitrogen or magnesium deficiency. the yellowing did not start with the bottom leaves so im thinking magnesium deficiency. i just wanted to get others' opinions. soil is moisture control miracle gro. pH level is between 6.8 and 7 for both. i have also been watering with a molasses mixture. ALSO idk what is going on with the canoeing of leaves but i have no idea of what to do.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. Would you suggest adding nitrogen to both plants or only the smaller one? The bigger one i think has about two or three more weeks of flowering and i know nitrogen deficiency gives a better taste. The smaller one however has probably about 6 or 7 more weeks of flowering left. Also i have miracle gro for flowering plants. It contains 15% nitrogen. Would that be enough nitrogen to resolve the issue?

Run extra nitrogen and add magnesium. They compliment each other. A mag deficiency will always have green veins before the leaf goes completely yellow.

I just foliar fed them a mixture of miracle gro bloom booster, a small amount of dish soap, and epsom salt. Im hoping i see results in a few days

It looks like N, but in the last pic the way the plant is sad and droopy, I think too much water, and maybe the start of an N deficiency.

Ok so ive been foliar feeding with a mixture of nutes, molasses, and epsom salt for about a week. Im not seeing much difference. Could it be something wrong with the roots? I can tell the the buds are growing but the leaves are still light green/yellow.

I recommend against foliar. Weed has a fast, aggressive and efficient nute uptake system. Feed the roots, is my advice. Make sure you don't have lockout issues from a salts buildup in your soil. cn

it looks like multiple deficiencies to me, due from excess watering and not enough draining. don't know people missed the p deficiency but it's definitely there along with others. practice more on watering properly and everything should start to correct itself. gl on the rest of the grow.

Preciate the help everybody. I havent watered them in almost 5 days and they are looking better. I also plucked most of the yellowing leaves so light can reach more parts of the plant. Next time im going to go by the weight of the pot rather than the topsoil being dry.

You can get a cheap moisture meter from any grow store. They are pretty useful when deciding whether or not to water, in addition to feeling the weight of the pot.

You definitely have a nitrogen def, and a severe magnesium def. and the beginning signs of a phos. deficiency. A few good feeding/dry cycles, including a mag source, and proper watering in the future, should take care of your issues.
