You can get magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) at the supermarket or drug store for pretty cheap. Foliage pro is very high in calcium to begin with.

So I'm starting to get the feeling mag pro is sorta like a bloom booster. My initial impression was that it was dyna Gros version on cal mag.

I remember reading in another thread foliage pro has enough calcium that you don't need cal mag

This is half true.

The thread is right about having enough calcium in Foliage Pro. Tech support at Dyna Grow has told me this all three times I've called in the last 2 years that it has enough calcium.

Yes Foilage Pro has enough calcium for most hydro set ups. It worked liked a charm in a DIY Aeroponics I had, grew beautiful plants, thick lush growth, that shine that healthy plants have and growth was very fast.

If you grow in coco however Foilage Pro falls short of Calcium do to the holding properties that coco has. It grabs calcium and does not like to let it go for the plant to use.
A simple fix is to add 1 Table Spoon of Lime per gallon of coco every 3-4 weeks as a top dressing to your pots.
