anyone who claims to have the best just hasn't ever tried anything really good... people in amsterdam are jealous of south africans, south africans are jealous of australians, aussies are jealous of the south east asians, the asians are jealous of the buds from cali and it goes and goes and goes... everywhere you go everyone has tried something epic, everyone has good better best, but some are truly world class (but the growers tend to keep it to themselves)... the way of the world... <edit> strain hoarding is keeping people from having access to truly great meds... i tend to treat those fools like they are the plague... if you keep only your strain to you, how is that helping patients??? <end edit addition>
Great thought NL!

In other words... the grass is always greener on the other side! Haha.

you can't stop life. when giant agro companies learn that, we will see a return to real farming and not mono culturing.. sustainable is going to be the new trend i think ;)

In my small circle of friends we trade freely amongst ourselves, we have built up a fairly nice little strain base. Just got a blueberry clone in, that is gonna be a new mommy soon.

Maybe. True sustainability in agriculture is a dream right now. Even using organic techniques with crop rotation seems to cause an unavoidable long term depletion of the soil.
word. ever read the new organic grower by E coleman? has some good tech. for sustainable, but i 100% agree sustainable has not been completely understood let alone actualized in process.. but we can always work towards it

I have not read that. I've gotten my information from some rather pessimistic reports regarding human populations and their planetary impact. Ultimately i think that the rising carbon levels in the atmosphere are gonna result in the death of 3-5 billion people and Gaia will achieve equilibrium again. We certainly can't continue like this.

no we can't. Just as mansanto can't stop the equal balance of nature with its genetic modifications, mankind can't cause such massive disruptions and not expect an equally massive reshifting.. equilibrium will be had, hell or high water ;)
