M Blaze has got an Afgan.

Okay, I was planning on shutting down my flower room for a short while once my current grow is finished but I have just received a young Afghan plant so im starting to have 2nd thoughts lol. I was going to just get it healthy and strong and then give it to a friend but im curious because I havnt had Afghan before so im thinking of keeping it.

If I Keep it I have 2 options, either I use my normal flower room and grow another monster or I set up a small closet grow just so I end up getting a taste of this Afghan. I know a lot of you would like to see another monster plant so if I decide to go that way then I will just grow this one plant and aim for about 5lbs from it .

I was looking forward to having a short break but maybe growing just one plant will be ok and it will be fun to show you all a 5lbs indoor plant.

Either way I will do a tutorial on FIMming using this plant so everyone can understand the method and see exactly how I do it step by step.

Heres some pics of what it looked like when I received it and then after day one. I havnt even potted it properly yet and I probably wont for another week or so lol (I can be very lazy with plants).

No worries bro, im still not sure if I should keep it or not but either way I will do a FIM tute with it and if end up giving it away I will still get some update pics of it.

I got mine from a friend and it does look a bit weak from the transportation but overall it looks pretty good I think so im glad you agree. What seed bank did you use?

I am very tempted and I would love to do a 5lbs monster so we will see what happens over the next couple of weeks.

Hahaha yeah I know and I wouldnt mind growing a big 5 pounder either but I have to convince my girl coz she is happy that the current grow is almost done which means I will have more time to get over to see her. She lives interstate so when I go to see her I have to get a friend to look after my plants for me.

Can anyone tell me anything about the Afghan strain such as flowering time and growth etc? I havnt bothered searching it yet and I guess it doesnt really matter to me as I just take it as it comes but im interested to hear your comments and opinions on this strain.

Anyone grown it before?

If you want to see a single plant monster grow from me there would be 3 choices of strains that I have available to me at this time.

#Jack Herer
#Or I can do the unknown strain that I currently have growing

I wanted to try the Big Bud just to see how big it could be but I still havnt ordered the seeds so that will have to wait. Im keen to try the Herer again because I wasnt very happy with the results last time due to a couple of issues but the unknown strain is starting to look the goods and has the potential to be an absolute monster of a tree .



Fuck, I was just getting used to the idea of taking some time off from growing for a few months and here I am trying to plan my next adventure. Maybe I should slow down and think about it a bit more coz my woman is gonna kill me when I tell her of my intentions

M Blaze afghan are meant to be a 45-55 day strain ive some bagseed that i was told are afghan gonna do something with them soon noting on your scale tho o i aint got room for that!

Hahaha yeah well its not just her coz I was kinda lookin forward to having a break but I think thats going to be harder than I thought it would be. Growing is like an addiction lol.

Sorry to hear that the pot chick got you too but those pics can do that to a man lol. Aslong as you got your order without any issues then thats all good. I havnt used them before so I cant really comment on them. I would only use Planet Skunk these days coz I know they are good.

I currently have 3 on the go right now but they will never have an opportunity to get monstrous. The Jack Herer would be sweet too though.... Either way should be awesome

I have a half assed journal going but Ive got 4 strains in it. The link is in my sig. All three look completely different. If you can't figure out which ones are which let me know and I will post them here. Have you grown 100% indica monsters before?

I will check out your thread. I have grown a lot of unknown strains in the past so I cant confidently say I have grown any 100% Indica strains before.

Ok so I went and snapped a few for ya. They are miniscule compared to what you are used to looking at but thats how I roll...
The one on the left in the group shot was started in an aerogarden, the middle one needs to be transplanted, and the right one was 2 headed and then i topped it.

Your afghani looks soooo nice compaired to mine, I bought seeds from jordan of the islands and germinated them and everything, mines short and doesn't like to branch... I'm sooooo jealous... Mad playa hatin... Jk
