Lst

Im planning to LST one of my plants. i tied it down so it bends. Could anyone guide me through the next steps? if i read it right on the LST 101 it goes all around the pot and the main cola sits up in the middle right?

Yeah you're on the right track, just tie it around the pot. Just have the main cola sit up when you run out of pot... haha pot.

You dont have to tie it around the pot. As long as its tied down your LST-ing.

Ill make iit go all... well ill TRY to make it go all around the pot. ill compare my yeilds and see what kinda results i get from LSTing thanks for the help!

how much do you usually yeild from a plant after a month of veg and a month or 2 of flower under lst?

I have no clue but ill tell you in about 2 months hehehe im training my month old 10 inch plant. if ask my why there so small is becuse they got root bound at the very beggining.

heres a pic of my LST at day 2 seems to be reaching to the luight and placing its fan leaves and tops between the nodes.

whatever happened with this grow?
