lst to extream?

I am a bit ocd on my lst and would like to hear what people have to say about it. I'm a new grower as this is only my 2nd grow but have read countless hrs of advice, on my first grow I knew I wanted to lst but didn't know much about it so I did things my way and it seemed to work well. Basicly what I do is I manipulate everything even down to where the leafs bend, I move the ties around each day also depending on if I feel like the new leaf growth is clustering to much and needs spread out. I also want to say that the only bending done is the main stem but the rest is just gentaly moved aside. Please people let me know what you think.

Lst = low stress training.

It's debatable whether low stress or any stress apart from supercropping does any good, so we do it mainly for space, or lack of.

Why are you lsting them so early ? or at all really ?

whats your reason ?

I'm stressed just hearing/seeing what you are doing. ;)

I bend things once. The main gets topped and bent horizontal when my plants are around 18". I get 3-4 large colas per plant doing it that way.
