lst & sog

I am running a sog and to keep my plant count down I used lsting to try and achieve an even canopy of large producing colas. Has anybody ever had experience doing sog and lst?

I am running a 4×8 flood and drain 3,000 watts lucas formula. This is my 3rd grow.

In my flood and drain table I fill the table full of rock. When the table is flooded I rearange the roots so the plant(s) leans out from the center of the table as the plants get larger. This is almost the same as bending them over and tying them down with string. I don't give my freshly rooted clones any veg time. It's always good to see someone taking an interest in flood and drain tables.

I can see the crystal starting to form on the eyeleaves that doesn't happen in the majority of soil grows.

This is my first time with flood and drain and am very happy with the results. My other ones were with coco coir and sunshine mix #4. I was very happy with them as well but the ease of this system sets it apart from the rest.
