LST question..expert please

my closet grow is 4 1/2 feet wide- 3feet deep, 6 feet high, but the light is at about 4 feet right now. MY question is regarding yield, i have the room to grow a few big plants- height wise i mean, if i lst a plant will it yield more? rather than two large plants. My light is a sunleaves 400 w hps, with a grolux sylvania bulb,,thankyou

it depends on what u want.u could put 2 big plant in there witch will veg for awhile or some smaller ones and get your harvest quicker, what do u mean by lst? do u mean just tying your plants down? try a scrog out.
