LST or Topping for Confined Grow Space

I'm growing 4 plants of strain Eleven Roses (Indica strain). I have a pretty bad issue with limited space in that it's only a 4x4 grow tent. Plants are about a month old and I've started LST'ng them with some good initial results. Chose LST over topping so as to give even growth with even canopy. Was considering topping as well, but am concerned plants might get bushier than ideal for my confined grow space, but I may be wrong. Any input, especially from others with very confined growing spaces, would be greatly appreciated.

I have a short tent, I LST as well as top as well as supercrop. All these tend to keep the height under control in my experience, especially super cropping.
