Well I can't believe that it's only been 4 days since a picture update. I really thought it had been almost a week and a half... But after looking at my other post I guess I was wrong. Anyways the girls have really grown alot since then! ALOT!..

Strawberry Cough: First 2 pix:
Ok. So I'm trying a new technique on this plant. Just to see what happens. And hopefully, HOPEFULLY it'll do what I plan on. But I cut all the lower bud-sites off of this plant (none of the large leaves, just the bud-sites with itty bitty leaves attached). Because I am going to have to do that anyways because CFL's don't penatrate past the top cannopy much at all. I did this with my first plant, Lacy girl, but she was already 4 weeks into flower before I decided to do this. So I'm hoping that by doing it in veg, she'll have enough time to recover and won't have to go through any stress during flower. And also by doing this I'm hoping for 7-10 BIG buds, and not as many little baby buds... I'm talkin fat mother fuckers! I guess the only way I'm gonna find out is by doing it now.

Lost Lacy: Second 2 pix:
The clone off my budding plant. This thing has so many branches it's unreal man! Absolutely unreal! So I just plan on (for lack of a better work) raping this thing for clones! I can take at LEAST 20 clones off this plant and still be absolutely fine with plenty more branches and nodes ect. I really can't explain it, and you can't tell from the pix cuz it's so dense, you'd have to see it in person to actually get a feel for how many branches this thing has!..

Bagseeds: Last 3 pix:
I put the 2 Sative dominate bagseeds into the flower room because I have absolutely ZERO room in the veg box. Started 12/12, 3 days ago. I'm leaving the indica dominate plant in the veg room still. I am believing that is a female plant. I really really want to grow an Indica plant! Really badly! So she is my only hope for now. And I BELIEVE! I BELIEVE!.. Oh and I've bent the fuck out of that indica plant. You can't tell because of all the leaves, but it's stem is almost in a complete circel now.

Welp... That's enough blabbering from me... It's pic time! Let me know what you guys think! All feedback is welcome! :)

every thing is lookin good, and your idea about takin off the lower branches sounds good but leave the leafs still. doint this in veg should help them produce bigger top buds without so much fluff below

That is EXACTLY what I'm going for on this plant. I want minimul fluf on the bottom and ALL energy spent on making the top fat buds!

Well guys. I'm headed out of town for a week. Be back on monday. I'll take some pix then.

Oh, and just wanted to say, I accidentally ended up supercropping my Strawberry Cough when I first bent it over. I was slight sad at first but knew the plant would pull through just fine. And now I'm glad I did it! I may switch my ways to supercropping/lst, instead of straight LST, we'll have to wait and see what yield is like before I make any final decisions tho. I'll catch you all next week, and have new pix then too! PEACE

Ok so WOW, was the only thing that came to mind when I got home today and saw the girls! Just B-E-A-Utiful! And they have almost doubled in size! Well, the girls that I put in flower anyways. And the girls still in veg, soon to be in flower, are looking phenominal!

I just transplanted 3 of them. The 3 bagseed plants. The 2 bagseed that are in flower have shown :) FEMALE PREFLOERS! :) as of this afternoon when I got home! OH I am so happy! I can't even explain! Those 2 were also extremely rootbound when I trnasplanted them. That's why in the pix they're slightly wilty. Could have been much worse with me being gone for the past 5 days. All that was wrong is my roomate didn't keep a close enough eye on these 2 bagseeds in flower and 1 grew into the light. It's just slightly burned. Things could have been much worse. So I'm still hppy!

And my strawberry cough plant is freaking MASSIVE in comparison to my first plant! Damn! Also I took 10 cuttings from the clone I took off my first plant (Lost Lacy).

Ok enough blab here's the pix.

Pix # 1&2 are of the Bagseed plants. The single plant is still in veg. The 2 in the pink pot are in flower. And don't worry, I know not to plant more than 1 plant in a single pot. My roomate does custome fabrication of plastic and he made me a piece of acrylic to fit perfectly that I put down the middle of the pink pot to split it in half. So I can conserve room in the flower. (No making fun of my pink pot! lol)

Pix # 3&4 are of Lost Lacy. The clone I took of my very first plant. I took 10 cuttings off this plant 6 days ago and you can't even tell!

Pix # 5&6 are of the cuttings off ^^Lost Lacy ^^

Pix # 7&8&9 are of the Strawberry Cough

Haha, I know right? They do look alot like my first plant! And if they end up yeilding like the first I'm gonna be 1 happy man! And I've been raising these girls much better! Since it's isn't my first grow anymore, I know a LOT more about my Nutes, and haven't burned the plant's at ALL this grow. So that can only be a good thing!

And for cloning, last time I used a rockwool cylinder and put it in a shot glass. But if you look at what the clones are in, I bought that tray, with a humidity dome and those pellets that expand for less than 5 bucks. And already had a powder rooting hormone.

So, I fill the trey that's holding the pellets with 16oz of water with a 1/10th strength flower nute and a couple drops of superthrive. Let them sit for about 15 minutes so the pelets can soak up the water and expand to about 2 inches in diameter. Find your cutting, I first take all 10 cuttings, and throw them in a glass of water. Then I take them out 1 by 1, COVER the stem in rooting hormone, and carefully plant them in the pelets. If you look at the duct tape. You can see I am trying different techniques. The 4 on the far left I put a small slit down the stem. The 2 in the middle I just softly scraped the outside of the stem off. And the 4 on the far right I did nothing to. So we'll see which one's take better. They all currently look to be doing about the same. Only time will tell I guess! lol

How'd you clone your plant?

ya this grow should be bettr now that u have one under your belt nd have some more knowledge about ther plant, oh andi still havent cloned succsefully yet. i tried with jiffy pellets but no luck. i am tryin this time with just straight soil. and a homade doemand some cheap root powder. i think they will root though they seem real healthy still and i am not keeping the soil as wet wich i think is my prob when cloning

Hey guys quick update. All these plants are much much nicer looking than my first. I think it's because I actually know how to use my nutes now. But yea, I've had zero nute burn, no under/over watering issues. No heat issues. I've finalloy got the grow rooms dialed in so (for lack of a better word) 'perfectly' rght now. These plants just look fucking beautiful! And I don't even have to look at them but every 4 to 5 days... I still do every day tho... lol, oh, and 1 of 10 cutting is showing roots so far.

Well 3 days ago I ended up breaking my wrist and needing 8 stitches in my leg... So I'm a 1 armed limping grower for the next 6 weeks it seems. It has taken me about 15 minutes just to write this cuz I've only got 1 useable hand. lol, so over the next 6 weeks it'll be mostly just pic updates and few words... It's better like that sometimes tho! Stay green friends! Pic updates comin this weekend

Yes I got mine for chronic back pain I have from a snowboarding accident last year. I had to get hauld down the mountain on a sled and they were gonna call an ambulance. But I don't have health insutance so I told them not to. And just got driven home and layed in bed for few weeks. Started snowbaording again and my back is killing me, sometimes I can't sleep at night and just lay in bed tossing and turning with a hurting back which then effects me at work the next day. So I decided It would be wise to get legal. So I did! :) And BTW, I LOVE this state! LOVE it! Absolutely beautiful! Nothing like it! I also don't like the state of Cali really.... Sorry to anybody there, not a fan though, at all! haha, CO's the shit man! For Sure!

out of curiosity, what method of cloning rooted first out of the 10? 45* angle? split? what's regular?

The best Ive found is just a 45* angle and thats it! Putting a scrape or split the stem hasn't ever worked for me! At MOST just put a little slit in it, IF even that. The straight 45* angle cut on the stem has shown the most roots so far. I still do not have numbers on the amount that have rooted out if the 10, still waiting to see what a few of them do. I will let you know when I know tho!

Here are a few pix of the flower room..... It's pretty much as full as can be! lol, I'll take some detailed pix tonight and post them tomorrow or something.

Ok well last night I was planting the clone with roots. Well I decided I've been waiting long enough, and just pulled the soil pelet things apart if I couldn't see roots... Well, 9 out of 10 have rooted! And the 9th one is starting to show a little. But thats just to many plants for me man, so I actually had to throw 3 in the trash! lol, didn't expect that! So I can't tell you which way is best to clone, as 9 out of 10 rooted with the 3 different techniques I tried! lol, that was exciting for me! Last night was a busy night for sure! Lots of work! It's a god thing tho! lol

Well I snapped some new pix real quick before work this AM. So I'm posting them now. I know that all are girls, except for the Indica dominater plant. Still no sign of sex, and I've left that plant in straight pure darkness for the past 3 days just to see if it would help to show signs of sex... Nope, it didn't! lol, plant still looks healthy tho! I LOVE this indica plant! It's by far my favorite right now just from how pretty looks. lol

Pix # 1 & 2 are the Sativa Bagseed (labeled as # 2 and 3 bagseed)

Pix # 3, 4, 5 are the Indica bagseed (labeled as the #1 bagseed)

Pix # 6 & 7 are the Lost Lacy II

Pix # 8, 9, 10 are the Strawberry Cough

Pic # 11 is of the veg room, with the rooted and planted clones. And a few more clones taken a couple days ago. Those clones are under the gatorade makeshift humidity domes. lol, there's 4 of them.

Enjoy and lemme know what your thought are.
