cool, iv not long finished my first ever grow, I grew 3 red poison from sweetseeds red family. I'm 5 weeks into my second grow, I have 1 red poison in this one, I have done some LST on it. Its looking good, went a bit over wit th N tho, hoping it won effect yeild too much. What light did u use?

yeah iv got loads of pics from first grow and a few of the 1 this grow. I'm using 400w hps tho grow, last grow was 400w cfl. My last grow was a bit slap dash.. I didn't even have a ph meter for the first 5 weeks. The red poison still came out a great smoke tho, the colour on two of them was not bad, one stayed green, that one was my favouret smoke... I call it green red poison lol. This one has some super deep purple/red buds, I think the overdose of nitrogen has helped keep the bud leaf very dark. I'm hoping iv sorted that problem.

Goodluck to you on your grow mate. I'd love to have a 400w but would eat too much electric. I don't bother with ph testers, never have lol.

you can still pull a fair amount from a 250w. I was so happy to change from cfl to HID. I got a dimmable ballast and a 250w MH bulb to start my grow, I was gonna keep it on 250w but ended up getting given a 600w HPS bulb for free.... So I run a 600 at 400w, I'm sure ill get a better yeild than my first grow... I'm growing 2x "thing different along side this red poison. They are all the same age and the think different are about 4 x bigger than the red poison. Crazy big lol.

Beautiful dude. Explain the draw and grease proof paper thing for me. Haven't hear of that one yet..

Thanks seedlin. I only use the draw as I haven't anywhere to hang them. I started off with just paper covering the bud whilst drying but got told that it dries it too quickly and that grease proof paper is better bcos it slows the drying out period. Works a treat.

Yesterday I literally saw the cotyledons open, it was cool, took about three minutes for them to separate. Planted the seed directly in the secret mixture. 20L/5Gal. Smart Pots, Tropf Blumat watering with distribution drippers. Hoping for good things.

yeah it is a beast lol. Na, I didn't top... Just LST. I wanted to try the afgan Kush, you will have to post some pics when she grows up.
