LP's have been caught or admitted to using banned chemicals and selling that tainted product to sick

Dispensaries are not legal growers. They are supplied by the black market and those growers aren't about to out themselves. There are no legal options for dispensaries to ensure the quality of their product.
On the other side, the LP's are legal and can test without worry of arrest....yet they knowingly allowed tainted product to be shipped to patients. Big difference, imo.

I know for fact that most dispencery owners or employees have their MMAR/ACMPR licence for their own protection from prosecution. They could easily submit product to be tested from unknown sources under their licence. In this day and age practaclyy every BM grower has a licence now, it's just smart business sense to be somewhat protected. Don't get me wrong, I'm not anti cannabis anything, the more access to cannabis the better. I just don't agree with the hypocrisy that dispencery cannabis is safer than an LP's. I've been in the industry a long time and know for fact that the products that LP's are banned from using are rampant in the grey/black market. There's no denying that cash choppers selling to D's will and can use any product to get their product to market. The argument that nobody's ever gotten sick from grey market cannabis, turns into LP's are poisious for using the same products is too much. It's hypocritical. Unless you grow your own you will never know what exactly has gone into your meds. Period. I'm not pro LP or pro D, I'm pro truth, and facts.

The arguement is not so much that the BM also does it in SOME cases. Its more about the cocksuckers who championed their product as being better due to cleaner practices and millions of dollars. Their inability to provide anything decent years into their endeavours says it all. And them boycotting patients rights to grow was the most disgusting display of human behavior to occur to cannabis aside from prohibition, although technically had they got their way, thatd be prohibition for patients due to LPs

I agree that dispensary cannabis is equally or more tainted than LP's. I'm certainly not a dispensary cheerleader, I just take issue with government and producers that claim to be creating pharmaceutical grade cannabis clearly selling tainted product to sick people. Almost as bad is the fact that they are doing so with impunity and government remains silent in words and actions. If and when the dispensaries go legal, I would expect their product to be subject to safeguards as well.

Come on class action fuck all crooked cannabis lps, disp and bm growers who use chemicals. Hellth Canada should really be more worried about this they are selling contaminated product to patients. Some of the assclown lps have recalls just announced that date back to feb 2016 like come the fuck on they knew the product was contaminated way back when or I would say the quality control lps have is non existent except on paper not practice lol

I agree 100%, they blew it and should have their licence revoked. I place 100% of the blame on the system. There has been over 1500 applications to be LP's, imagine if all 1500 were granted licences, the sketchy ones would be out of business by now, leaving only the cream of the crop left. The people would dictated who should still be in business. People need to do their due diligence and pick a supplier that meets their requirements, whether its price, quality, variety, or ethics. It's very unfortunate that currently there is very little choice.

If it wasn't treated as plutonium and more like a plant it wouldn't be the big monopoly million dollar political buddy club..... but you can only exploit something if you control it. So if the monopoly known as the lousy producer system keeps lobbying the gov....prohibition will still exist due to the lp start up being financially unattainable to 95% of Canadian entrepreneurs....

The more recalls I read about, the more it seems likely a majority of 2015 product from LP's was tainted. it sometimes makes me wonder if the lack of more serious sanctions against these lawbreakers by HC is not all part of the master plan. How convenient would it be for them to conclude it is just not possible to produce safe cannabis, ergo.... it is better to stick with prohibition. Conspiracy theory or realistic possibility? If only we knew.
