LP Problems with HC

thank you for sharing that, it was very informative. they are trying to bone LP's just as hard as patients. this is going to blow up in there faces. too much pressure from every angle

Well these companies are getting the same shaft as quite a few MMAR patients did from trying to find a doctor to sign the paper work, trying to get the landlord to sign the then at times waiting for 6+ months in license fuck ups at HC

Hold on just a minute...who in their right mind invests millions into something they may get? How fucked up is that? While I don't like that patients are suffering in the middle of this bullshit, LP's can go fuck a duck! Does anyone know where Island harvest is? I know that name.

Should add my buddy who I was a dg for took aprox 8 months to get his original license, that was about 4 year ago. Twice they sent it to the wrong address. What's fucked up is before the system was eliminated people I know where getting their licenses in two weeks after sending it to HC. I knew then they were going to use those numbers of licenses in a negative way.

Another thing if this is about having a few companies ready for legalization how much will the weed be worth once the gov adds their own taxes to it? Great article, I vote for anyone exposing HC's incompetence & inconsistent policies. Not that I care what happens to or support LP's as I think the whole program is a ridiculous tax grab and has no focus on patients or medicine. But please, get your shit together or get out of it, it's an embarrassment, and we're paying for all of it.

There is a clear mandate by someone (Harper imo) to slow down the process or favour specific applicants (aka political pay-off's, favours?) until the outcome of the pending court appeal. I hope they (Harper/HC) get what they deserve which would be a decision by the Supreme Court to kill this cluster fuck program altogether and re-instate the old program.

But that's how the government deals with everything...someone will take the fall for this...

more of OUR tax dollars being put to good use. lets make the lawyers richer & plug up the courts instead of investing into a program that works for everyone-grow if you can & if not, here's quality & safe meds. that would be an incredibly good way to spend the money.
why do we always pay for the Government to react? it would be ni9ce if they thought it through & then did something instead of "SPLAT...now let's see how it works"

And the woman responsible....for HC and their decisions works for an LP now...
we should be able to go after her criminally for the letter fiasco...for just one example
for another...how can they justify scraping the mmar...when it was patients who fought hard in court and some of them
succumbed to their illnesses, waiting for HC to get off their butts...and do something about the laws back in 2000.
They should not have been allowed to just wipe that clean....
