also, does lowryder grow slower outdoors rather than indoors?

heres a pic, i am going to take some better quality pics soon, but probably when the grow is finished, or half way.

ok so i will basically explain how this is going...
i am in like my 3rd week now, and they are this small... but thats third week from seed, and i put them into jiffy hockey pucks. so they have been pertruding out of the soil since like 1-1/2 weeks..
and i have about 23 of these little guys, they are all looking really good like the ones shown, so i will give more updates once they progress..

i am giving them outdoor sunlight,
miracle grow violet growsoil/ perlite(lots of it!!!)/ miracle grow organic soil/ and a veriety of nutrients, organic and chemical:

biotone which has microrizae(cant spell that one lol)
miracle grow nitrogen ferts,
miracle grow bloom ferts,
rooting hormone, which WORKS GREAT! i will show this in another thread how great this certain stuff works, by comparing two plants rooting systems together..
and bloom booster ferts, if you want to get the info on which nuets i am using by brand name, please ask, i will pull all the bags out and take pics or w/e.

i am hoping that the grow finishes before august 1st, which is the first day of college for me, and i have to move away!

so that gives me a time frame, and deadline i need to accomplish, and any ideas or anything would be much appreciated.

since this variety is supposed to grow seed to bud in 8 weeks indoors, i am assuming 11-12 weeks outdoors will do the trick fine, right? thats around 50% more time required that i am using to play it safe.

TIME FRAME!! :
i recieved the seeds may 28th, and ripped the package open and immediately started them. so from the 28 of may(seed) until june 14th, its been 17 days, i cant remember which exact day they started popping out. i didnt record that.
PROJECTED TIME FRAME:
the plants seem to be growing slower than indo, so i am giving them 50% more time to finish in order to be realistic. so from may 28th until august 20th gives them 12 weeks! which is 8 weeks + 50%(4 weeks) = 12... should i theoretically have a harvest before then? yes, i should, but lets play it safe, and hope it doesnt take 13-14 weeks, i'd be screwed.. ANY INPUT??? personal experience much appreciated
i recieved the

Looking good! But be careful with the nutes bro....they really don't need any nutes at all until about 4 weeks. I too have some LR2 and just planted them in the woods Friday....no nutes...I plan on going back and adding some nutes in a couple weeks. We are both on the same schedule! I got the feminized ones.

Good luck!

keep it on but as HDDeuce said they dont need much fertilizer when they are young
over-fertilize can kill ur plants!!

thanks guys, your right... haha, its just so funny that they only live 8-12 weeks, so i felt it was right to fert! but all i have used is rooting hormone that was shown on my other thread, its 5-15-5 , i diluted it as a weaker mix, so hopefully no damage. i will keep up the pics! , hdduece, how are your plants right now? do you have a growlog? on what day are they?

I started germinating them June 3rd and planted them this past Friday, the 12th. I haven't checked on them at all...they are a guerilla grow and I will only sneak back at night to check them about once a week. I'll see if I can get some pics...my fingers are crossed.

I've grown indoors quite a bit but this is my first outdoor, "leave alone" grow....I hope they work out. But I did have a friend take two seedlings in his garden...I'll definitely get pics of those.

ok so now it is day... 32? im starting to bud, looking good, but still smaller than indoor grows, with more stretching.. it has been raining a TON so losing on the sunlight, and actually looks like water is sitting on the leaves alot, but regardless, i have 14 females i think, and i kept one male..

so i am breeding one female with the male, both are considered LR2 but i cant be fore sure, only hope.

i dont know how my yield is going to be, probably hurting from this lack of sun!! :(

nice grow brotha...dont fret, your plants will do just fine. I'm excited too, I just bought 10 fem himalaya blue and 5 fem Lil Angel auto flowers, they're all in the mail. I figure that I'll be harvesting by early September. I only have 1/3 of my current grow left due to males in the bunch. But that is my first grow and I didnt know anything about feminized seeds. Lesson learned! Good luck!

so do you know anything about how much i should expect to harvest off each girl? i am pissed because i see everyone else is getting some nice stuff, and i have done everything right, its just this garbage weather we have been having...

but in the mean time, *********
I GOT BMO flower power from EBAY, and i put twice as much ferts as called for, since there is so much rain it will be washed away before the morning probably anyways... it calls for 3 teaspoons per gallon, i put 6... so we will see how that fairs with them, i just wanted to over fertilize them, i tested the soils pH, and fert analysis and it was AOK, so its good.

I wouldn't suggest to double up on the amounts of ferts. Just go with the recommended dosage. I even cut the strength back by 3/4 or even 1/2 sometimes...the rain wont wash away the ferts. The plants will benefit from the rain soaking the nutes into the ground.
As far as yield goes, its typical to harvest an oz +/- when they're finished.
That's why I purchase 15+ seeds, giving me around a lb. finished.

Thought I'd show you my Swiss Cheese girl. Remember, its not an auto flower, so it takes alot longer to grow than autos. It popped May 18th, so almost 2 months old now. Short, squat and bushy...slow growing. My Northern Lights were planted two weeks earlier and they reached almost 4 feet tall in 2 months...different strain=different growth patterns.

here's what my male Northern Lights looked like 5 days ago

thanks for your kind words, but i am really worried i am not going to get 10 grams off each of these plants, or even total!! :( its seriously been raining every day and no sun, and they are half way through their lives, and STILL so small, they only have 4 sets of full leaves total each!! :( so not so good, too much rain, and no sun. next grow will be indoors, because outdoors sucks ass.

Axis...when any plant flowers, they double, even triple in size. Don't be so dissapointed...gardening/growing is always a learn as you go experience. Next grow, you'll know what to do. Unfortuantly, you and I can't control the weather. You'll be fine.

a male was found, so i chopped him down halfway, because i like the genetics(he had 3 lobes for first leaves, and 3 sets of leaves for each node rather than 2) but did not have time to relocate him.

snails really got to my plants, so badly that they harmed about 6 of them, but i still have like 7 good ones, who were not harmed.

to stop the snails from eating everything, i put a LOT of copper around each of the bases of plants, in an attempt to keep them away( i read it works great) so i will let you all know how that works out

you can top your LR plants and could help your yield go up more i would prune them in their 4 week or whenever you feel is a good time to top it. but normally you could get a oz plus with it as is maybe an extra half in topped. so i would look into that if i were you bra.
