DAY 49: Stillnot sure about the leaves, i actually think some of it is burn from the lights, the pot being taller than where the fans are the air flow isn't really cooling off between the lights and her, but we are almost at the end, soo i can't worry myself to death.

She has gotten some more brown hairs :)

Millyy, Lucy still has 2-3 weeks left, you want at least 50% or more of the hairs turning brown and receding into the buds :) How long does those flowering tablets last? Flushing (making it rain) won't hurt he, remember you will only flush her when she needs watering. If the flowering tablet is still in the soil, it should release some nutes. I'm wondering if she needs some nutrients. Remember you gave her only 1/2 of the flowering tablet a while ago, she might need some more. If so, take 1/4 of the tablet and smash it up until its a power and can dissolve in water. Make it Rain with her and when she is almost dry (not bone dry), water her with the the nutes (no flushing when you feed her). You can make it rain with her (with no more nutes needed) until harvest. It will take her 3 days to be dry enough for the next watering. Ms Lucy is still one frosty lady, I'm drooling looking at her?

Chief, I think I am going to harvest I'n 2 weeks or so, day 63 or 64 most likely. I read something that said once you see it's first brown hairs you don't need any nutrients anymore and to begin flush. I was thinking I'm going to start the flush on day 50 which is today If it's dry again. I don't think she's lacking nutes because she isn't turning yellow she's like burning it looks like, leaf tips turn brown/ black and on one of the leaves there was a few brown spots on it which might be heat burn. If there's only
2 weeks or so left do you think it's a big problem?

its not a problem unless you burn off all the green to the leaves, as long as they are still green they should still be sucking up sunlight, burnt leaves , and burned leaf tips are totally different,

heres some technical info-
"Over-fertilization and softened water are big offenders. When water is too hard, the standard treatment to “soften” it, is to replace the calcium ions with sodium, which is essentially what table salt is. You can replace the calcium and neutralize the sodium in softened water by adding ½ tsp gypsum in a gallon of warm water & allowing it to sit overnight.

In recent plantings or repots in fortified soils (those w/fertilizer added), microorganisms can make toxic levels of fertilizer immediately available, causing plasmolysis (fertilizer burn) and leaf/tip burn."

anyways , your way to close to the end to start worrying about leaf tips and since you are doing a flush soon, it will be fine, if you think its from heat then increase your humidity,.

Wow, that is a real frosty ass plant you got there. Once I get my grow going I only hope to live up to the aspirations I have seen here. You have definitely made up my mind to try auto's.

Paitently waiting on the chop bud :weed:

Ah, some good info there. Thanks

If it gets any worse i might either re-add the house fan that broke back in there, i got it to work again.. or add a cup of water or something.

Wow, didn't expect to hear that much of a compliment from my first grow haha. If you deicde to try auto's don't think yours will be this small if you think it is a bad thing. I messed a few things up this grow, usually they grow 12-16 inches.

Thanks man!
