I am about to buy 4 packs of low riders & take the strongest male and bred it with the strongest female so that way i could very easily get three grows when i will be starting in a green house but will i still hav the deworf small and easy to hide like in a garden

that i normally would

i got some lowryder freebies by flumpy i just kept under a 24 hour veggie shoplight. i harvested one when it was about an 8 inch tall wide cone because it was off the charts funky. i'm guessing the mystery was a roadkill or brick wall pheno skunk. it was the first time i ever saw my own real resin glands. i wanted to try and breed something to it for the tiny but dense structure, but it was just to skunky to grow without industrial strength odor control or finding a cave in siberia.

it's kind of ironic that ruderalis is now a big part of the very shortest strains after indicas were used to shorten sativas as i'd be inclined to call scrawny ruderalis a sativa. it makes me wonder what the weed scene could have been like if lowryder were chosen to shorten IBLs instead of afghani & other hash strains. maybe it would be a lot like short stuff's super cali haze. man that's a tasty strain with a tasty buzz to match it, but still not yield friendly or compact.

14" kush though are something else. you'd have to go with seed for any sea of green grow because you can't clone autos as they don't vedge.

lowryders are awful, and as a added note, most lowryder crosses ive tested turn out weak and i end up simply killing them, low potency and small, i wouldn't breed with a lowrider. some people like that but i want an auto with the appearance of a normal strain with potency to match. you have to do some extensive breeding to get good traits on a lowryder cross.

short stuff's super cali haze is anything but shabby! it's very sativa dominant, has a nice haze high i couldn't tell different from "the real deal" and it's delicious grape flavor was haze authentic too. i consider THAT to be the "classiest" strain i ever smoked. it's not as potent or trippy as haze skunk, but it tastes a whole lot better by a mile.

i wouldn't be surprised if you tried lowryders a few years ago when they were still new. they've been worked a lot by now and aren't shabby, especially if you're on a small stealth grow. my lowdown mystery gal was anything but schwaggy. it was super sticky and comparable to most "decent" indoor gear, although i'm not a fan of getting stoned.

short stuff seeds has excellent auto's and a great auto-breeder named stitch. Mi5 is the best auto i grown. i want to breed something like super cali haze.

i tell you, i couldn't tell the difference between super cali & the 1/2 gram of real i was gifted without a side by side comparison. very similar buzz & flavor and the potency was fine by me. i expect to have that in my top 5 for a very long time. it's in my top 3 right now. it's still stretchy & slow growing and probably not the best yielding strain, but it's top to bottom quality makes apologies to nothing.

Unlike breeding 2 lowryders (which WILL give autoflowering offspring) i decided to try and make a auto strain with parents i wanted, but its probably going to end up being fruitless like many other experiments.

the strains from Short stuff gave me the impression that autoflowering strains are no different than feminized, quality is entirely dependent on the breeder, and shitty breeders give shitty results.

Mi5, Onyx and Blue Himalaya diesel are all good strains and excellent auto's. i gotta try super cali haze.

my cross was
Fruit Autoflower(dinafem)female x Chernobyl(TGA), Vortex(TGA), Jillybean(TGA).
3 separate males used to pollinate this female. i'm in the middle of germing 40 of these F1's
12/15 Vortex x auto
14/15 Jillybean x auto
9/10 Chernobyl x auto

so far after 30+ hours of soaking in towels.
