Lowrider, white widow, bag seed My first Grow journal

This is my first grow journal ever. i have botu 5 lowrider feminized seeds. 10 white widow feminized seeds. and i have about. 8 bag seed plants going. im startin my journal a little late but its two to three weeks into it. so here goes. the smaller ones are the white widows and lowriders. the nigger ones ar ethe bag seed cause i started the a week before the others came in the mail.

this pic was taken before i put the rest of the plants in all the pots.






those are my thermometer. my co2 pads. my 8 cfls. and my circulating fan. my emilys garden is on the right. its by hydrofar,. it has a 4 gallon res. with two two inch airstones. im using flora micro and flora bloom. i have an intake hole and an exhaust hole cut into the door. exhauset on top and intake on bootm. fans blowing in and out for each one. my temops usually range from 80-86 farenheit. this is probably to hott but i figured it would be alright with the co2 generating stuff. i water throughly. they look healthy and full and are drinking water like fish. the roots are all massive too. im iusing rootblaster or somthing like that. its a powder that enhancesroot growth. soo i think im doing all right for my first "Real" grow. im using lowrider and white widow seeds. some bag seed too. i also have a bar flourescent going across the back wall at mid plant levl for middle brancges and foliage. tell me what u think and give me suggestions. thank you.

looks good get some more light and think about hps for flowering make sure you ghot some good fans to move air out. but all in all looks good , but like i said more light would help alot

and is that tin foil?? not good makes hot spots paint it flat white or mylar it up!

Yeah very impressive for a first time grow. You seem to know what your doing i just wonder if your going to be building another area for flower since people usually recommend a 20/4 light shedule their whole life on the autoflowers.. And you probably don't want to veg your other plants for 3 months lol. Might want to go edit your first post there is a typo with the word "bigger" some people might get the wrong idea. I got an emily's garden I want to use in the near future I will subscribe so you can do all the experimenting for me

Thanx for the input guys i appreciate it. yeah im going to change the tinfoil to mylar wghen i get a chance. ive read jorge cervantes indoor/outdoor growers bible. the best basically step by step book. can i get a PLUS rep for this. since its my first REAL grow attempt. where i actually spent money.

lol first off i dont know the the hell u r talkin to me like that. and thats not what im here for. ive been here since the beginning and this site has gotten me to wherew i am now. soo i dont know who u r tellin me not to do shit. im the only motherfudger going on here every twenty minutes for answers to my questions to try to better ym garden so go fudge yaself kid. u have no idea how much this site has helped me. put egg in your shoes and BEAT IT.

i love this pic. sea of green. its lookin pretty good i think. for my first grow. its wierd my hydro kit seems tyo be growing my plants slower. but they look healthier and greener. does anybody know why or what this is.

well aren't the soil plants older? once they leave the seedling stage and go to the vegetatative stage they really start growing fast. Also the soil may have more nutrients than the hydro but once the hydro starts taking off and you can dial in the nutrient levels your hydro plants will probably outgrow the soil plants I would think.

These are the new pics i just took today. im going to start the flowering in about 3 to four days, after my white widows grow a little bigger.
i sold two of my bag seeds and one of my white widows for some extra cash. i also needed to make room. they day i sold them it gave me some good room in my closet to work with. but three days later all my plants grew bigger and now that extra room is gone. my plants are growing more bushy than tall. i know the lowriders are supposed to do that. but this was what i was shooting for because my grow space is my closet. please give me some suggestions. i could really use them. this is my first real grow.

Going good, only advise I would give is get a carbon filter as they will start to stink soon! unless this aint a problem?

Also are u checking PH as this is important in hydro?

thanx my man. i am checking the ph. well only when i change the res. i make sure it is in between 6 and 6.5 before i put it in my res. and the rep thing was to only see that if u could get extra stuff on RIU if you get a higher rep. but thanx man. i wont do that again though, you know, ask for rep

the carbon filter thing is not need at the moment. smell really isnt an issue. i live in a three story apartment building. with one unit on each floor. i live on the third floor. my bedroom is in the back corner and everyone i live with in my apartment knows i grow. and my other two walls touch outside. i guess i would only have to worry aboiut the people below me but thats it. so i dont really have a problem with that. im looking for a good flowering light to use with my CFLs. liek an old warehouse or shop liight. those are metal halides and high pressure sodiums that are cheaper because they arent labeles as grow lights but used for space illuminating. soo im on the hunt for that, im going to start flowering in like 2-4 days. so wish me like and keep looking for updates. thanx for the help man i appreciate it! Lucky you about the smell, my neighbours found out and I had to move!
