These buds are starting to look pretty good, but I'm surprised that you didn't get better results (height-wise).:weed:

I'm pretty sure it's my fault that the height isn't what it could have been. I made the mistake of starting them in peat pots and transplanting to the 2 gallon buckets. I'm guessing that the stress just stunted them. i'm pretty sure I'm going to try growing af again, but next time I will follow directions and plant them directly into their final pot.

yeah thats what sucks about autos.they get stressed so damn easy..ive been using

AN's "NO SHOCK" for the first 2 to 3 weeks,transplanting out of party cups to 1 gal

bags at week 2. and babying the shit out of them..

I am 4 for 4 on femmed autos, including Lowlife AK-47. Less is more. They only live 60-90 days, so nutes may be problematic.

I grew 3 in seed starter and added nutes (slightly burned to very burned depending on the strain). But the smoke was great. Lowlife AK-47 was very forgiving.

The fourth femmed auto, I tried to do soil, but the auto hated it. I wildly (spur of the moment) re-potted into seed starter and w/in 24 hours, it was back and growing strong. I gave it 99% chance of being dead within 24 hours when I re-potted. I think the autos love oxygen. Maybe the seed-starter helps this. They don't have 4-9 months to breath, they only have 60-90 days.

subscribed! u need some cal-mag like meangreen69 sugg. what kind of nutes ya using??? maybe a flush wid sum molasses is needed..and what is your PH<before & after feeding....JMO

what kind of "soil" did u use?? I started mines in MG seed starter/MG spguahm peat moss mix and the only problem I had was a ver low PH in the beg. because of the acidic PH this mix gave off...other than that they seemed ok in it..was thinking about starting in FF happy frog or pro mix bx...that's why I asked what kind of "soil"..since u said they hated it...:leaf:

I'm using miracle grow 15-30-15. I know it's not the best, but it's what I got. I don't test my ph, I tested it throughout my last grow and it stayed in the safe range, so I'm not really worried about it.

Okaaaaaayy.....?BUT that is yor biggest problem right there...your PH..jus because it stayed in a "safe range" then doesn't mean it will this grow... and of course you know about your soil....:joint::peace:

Day 62. They are looking great, though they don't look like they're going to be ready in 9 days. I'm thinking that they're going to need a couple of extra weeks. although 2 of them look like they're going to be ready, on both there are already a lot of cloudy trichomes. Here are some pics. The yellow and pink cups are super lemon haze and bubba kush seedlings.

they definitely did bounce back, I was feeling pretty disappointed until they exploded. the big one in the back was the most disappointing of all...until about a week ago.
