Lowest price for LumiGrow 650 pro

I finally decided to get rid of my HID lighting and go with Lumigrow LED fixtures. I spent an hour trying to find the lowest price for a LumiGrow 650 pro and compiled the table below.

aquaponics.com requires that a credit card number be entered before they display shipping cost so they are out.
GrowersHouse.com has a confusing website and they have some sort of subscription program so I am leery of them.

This leaves monstergardens.com as the lowest price that I believe is really their selling price.

Does anyone know of a lower price or a reliable dealer who offers the 650 pro for under $1,400?
