In a week they'll be too crispy at that humidity. If you weigh your crop... then weigh everything wet first, when everything dries it'll be about 80% of the original weight and you're good to go.

I have same problem with you, if you have a yield on the smaller side you can get a rubbermaid container and hang in there. With the rubbermaid closed it would up the humidity in the box but way to high (~80%), i cut a small hole and put a fan outside the box and had it cycle air about every 4 hours this made the humidity range between 50% and 60%. My last harvest was too big for the rubbermaid and had to hang dry in basement of 20% at 60 degrees F (even had a humidifier) in about 1 day they were crispy to touch so moved then to air tight mason jars and had to cure them for a long as time to make it even smokeable.... Freaking sucked.

My house never gets above 30% humidity, so am trying to think of creative ways to dry a lot of weed and artficailly bringing up the humidity. Going kinda the rubbermaid way I was going to try a huge uhaul cardboard box, and cycling air with fan. people seemed to have some success with it, ill let you know.
