low flying plane paranoia or cause for concern?

Hello all, just wanted to get some opinions from fellow growers on an incident that happened to me today. I have 10 plants about 4 feet tall in camo pots. They are located on my own property in a rural area in a clearing surrounded by woods. I was walking out to check them today when a small plane flew over about 75 feet above the tree line. I would'nt have thought much of it but the plane was angled to the side and it appeared the door was open with a person sitting in the opening. The angle of the plane and the half circle it made would have given the person sitting in the open door a perfect view of my small crop. Do you guys think I should be truly concerned? Would they even go that far for such a small personal crop? Any advice, thoughts or personal experience on this would be greatly appreciated.

i would keep an eye out for it again, if you see it again destroy the crop but untill then stay away from it and deny all knowledge of it, thats just what i would do anyway

Since they are in pots you could move them under the cover of darkness tonight. If you have a place that is.

Thanks for the replies guys. I decided to just play it safe and destroyed my poor girls. I'm not sure about the laws here but I'm not going to chance losing my freedom and possibly my land over a few plants. I just wish these idiots would get their heads out of their asses and stop worrying about what people grow on their private property for their own personal use in their own personal homes. Thanks
