Me and a couple of buddies are probably gonna go. I've never been. What's it like?

It's not the gay pride festival is it? Last thing I went to was some concert at the grove back in June or sometime. I love frisco, but the housing is incredibly expensive.

im not going to the parade, but theres a rave afterwards called the "after party" at the bill graham. i went last year it was one of the best times ive had in my life!

not a gay parade.. but gang loads of gay people... nothing to worry about.. it is an awesome festival... shit loads of POON.... in the best location.. it is right in front of city hall.. thousands of people.. with SHIT loads of DJs on 10 different MONSTER sound stages.... it is off the hook,, the day parade marches through SF and then the dayparty is OUT SIDE at the civic center!!!

thenthrave is at night.. I went to the rave last year ... as i recall , it was $60 per peron.. FOOK.... i dancd my ass off.. never been so sore.....

ya i loved san fran, beautiful city. frickin housing bubble makes it impossible to move back atm tho. friend of mine is in speculation and claims u may c 60% devaluation in the future...heh maybe i could move back )

edit- i say a friend, really thats an overstatement, a dude i kind of know....personally i have heard 10-20% in the near future

awesome MARKET drop occuring as we speak.. all the good homes near the water are holding THEIR value.. but SHIT loads os people.. a few miles inland are goig down the tubes...
