Lots Of People Getting Visit From The Police, What?

Lately there have been people having visits by the police.

Wether they were okay or not.

Marlowe and Tristinyhawk are the last two that I can remember.

I always say you should have a plan if things go bad.

Just wondering what other growers plans are.

I realize that sometimes you don't have much choice.

But little things that buy you just a few more minutes could save you.

My grow place has mulitple locks and I could possibly stall for a day with not having the
right key. I also am in a place where they are not going to bust the door down.

Having an external way of cutting the electricity without anybodies knowledge works great too.

Having equipment ready to get rid of all evidence quickly and having a rehearsed plan.

Having a shredder is great too.

And another is having some vegetable plants to quickly put in your grow area.

These are just a few, lets all brainstorm and come up with some great ideas that can help out the whole community.

put up a gate-

at the end of your drive. kindly post a sign informing of private property, and trespassing laws, with a contact phone number.

problem solved. the locked gate at the entrance to the property presents a whole new legal aspect for leo.

warrant only.

There are the obvious ways like know the law. You don't have to let a cop in the house without a warrant and even if a cop comes in, they can't open a door with a lock on it. I have a contingency plan set up with a really good friend written down on paper, just in case I can't be the first person to my garden. Everything is written out including how to take apart the light and unhook the hydrotable without flooding the house, what to do with the plants and equipments, etc..
I'm also set up so that I can take down everything in 30 minutes in case of emergency.

But if cops are coming to your house regarding your grow, then you probably did something wrong along the way like told the wrong person or something.The best way to keep cops out is prevention.

if they already have a warrant, they already know you grow. you cant make all the plants and lights and nutrients and all that disappear. unless u throw it in your neighbors backyard or something haha

my plan has alway and always will be.. keep with in my legal amount .

And if they have a warrant farting about with keys and locks isn't going to stop them. They break first, then knock, for the exact reason that they don't want you destroying all their precious evidence.

And if you know police are on the way, focus your energy on getting rid of plants, not dismantling lights, if there are no plants they can do sweet fuck all to the equipment, and it doesn't matter if you take it apart because they will search your place and more often than not find what they need to find.

Personally i have no plan, if they find my plants they will find my plants and i'll be in and out of court with nothing but a few hours community service and maybe £100 fine if that, although i'll certainly make good of the opportunity to raise my voice where it "counts" and just cause a little bit of a stir We don't have any medical laws over here but we don't really get fuck all in terms of punishment for home growing, too much case law among other things.

Pass them the peace pipe upon their arrival, what else would any sane man do?

How do we know this just isnt some group hoax to scare the rest of us?

If they come, they come. if it's local boys the better prepare for the fight...i know my rights and refuse to let a STATE representative tell me i am wrong. if its the feds...well i will just keep my mouth shut and call my lawyer...

EDIT: just saw the post about the piece pipe, you know i probably would roll one up if the state cops came over...nothing says i can't smoke in my own home while they are serving a search warrant...i mean would they refuse a heart patient nitro?

that's what you think...

cops will rip doors off frames, they'll practically tear new holes in walls.

i wouldn't try anything, tampering with or destroying evidence is never a good thing.

if the cops are outside with a warrant, you're screwed.

Hmm...Being a "legal" grow, I have my recommendation information, as well as co-op agreement, patient rec's, and photocopies of I.D.s posted at my grow site. If it's the feds I'm with "A Dog Named Chico", call my lawyer and keep my mouth shut.

No sense in trying to destroy evidence, if it's the feds, I'm pretty sure they've already gathered enough evidence to have a case against me before "raiding" my grow in the first place...

Same here. I have a beautiful grow going, and it's legal.

How do the laws operate with regards to having your property booby trapped in the event of a police raid?
