Have new house with nice shop. medical card in hand. bluberry,and blueberry kush clones started now i need to get a better idea of what i will need for the room. I have a 8x12 veg room and a 12x12 bud room hane a 30 plant limit now soon will go to 45 maybe 60 (limited by law) two 1000 watt mh and 4 hps light in the bud room. shop is insulated heat and a/c,and cemnt floor. oh ya rooms only have a 7ft ceiling. soil for now till i get better set up.EXPENSIVE!!
what exactly is ur question? sounds like you already know what your doing. Gonna throw suggestions out there for you anyways though...oscilating fans are a must get 3 or 4 of them, 2 in each room with 18" blades usually will cover a room like that if all the plants arent shaking get another 1 or 2 until every plant shakes.
Growing Technique: are you doing SoG or Scrog? If SoG make sure you trip the bottom leaves off as they grow to ensure good air circulation.
Guages and Meters: Make sure to have several temperature and humidity meters. Place several below canopy level, several at canopy level, and several at the top of the room to be able to really keep the room dialed in to the temp and humidity you want.
I noticed u said your thinking of going hydro, if your going hydro your going to have to invest in a Conductivity meter to be able to test nutrient levels.
I'd also purchase a lux meter to determine exactly how many lumens/sq.ft. your getting it will really vary for some of the spots in your room and you'll have to move the lights accordingly, OR buy CFL's to support those HID's.
Also look into Jorge Cervante's DVDs which will teach you just about everything you need to know about designing grow rooms.
