looking to start a hydroponic grow, help

I am looking to start my first hydroponic grow. i have had success with soil in the past but the more i read up on hydroponics i feel thats the way to go.

My first question is what kind of system should i use. I am leaning towards aeroponics. Also should i just buy a complete system or make one. Does anyone have a good site for directions for making a system. (money is not much of an object)

My second question is about lighting. I would like to be able to grow 12-15 plants in one grow. what type light would you recommend and what wattage also.

any other info about getting started with hydroponics is greatly appreciated.

deep water culture for me is the easiest way i have 1000w mh light and some pretty healthy plants check em out
