Looking To Buy Some Land In Cali

just what the title says: i am looking for between 5 to 25 acres of land available for sale in (NOT SOUTHERN) cali, certain parts of washington state or oregon state as well...

looking to be within 75 miles of a major city, livable and for sale within the next 18 months...

i'm planning on growing more than just the green in an organic way, sustainable way...

i'm tired of the hustle and bustle and soullessness of the city, want to get back to the land, as well as provide for my family for the future...

it's not so much that it has to be exactly right, i'm totally willing to improve the land myself, it is going to be small scale farming (not just weed), plus livestock...

any old farmers looking to earn fair market value while helping out the next generation or perhaps a sale down the road while getting help now is also a possibility...

thanks folks!

not where i am looking to grow, too many people, used to live there, not interested in repeating the experience... why: you feel like setting up your grow in imperial county? lol i'd rather live to see my dotage...

I was just wondering. Born and raised in san Diego and I love it, I have lived elsewhere but still like so cal better but that's just me. Imperial county is to hot and to far from the beach for me to want to live out there. I'm spoiled with 80 to 90 degree weather almost all year long. I do love glamis and the river tho. I'm not to familiar with northern Cali but they got some good herb up there that's fer sure. Where in so cal did u used to live if u don't mind me asking, u just sound like u hated it.

downey: too much time in the inland empire, too many bad memories...

widow: it depends on the specifics... if there is no water, less... no electricity, less... no place to live, nothing...
however, if there is land that is arable as well as ready to be cultivated immediately, fair market value or a bit more for the right sort of situation...
ideally i'd like to live there permanently, and certainly am planning on raising a family as well as crops... not necessarily a "gentleman farmer" thing, more a working farm/farmer thing, just not heavy agribusiness...

you should look into trinity county i hear land is a little cheaper there compared to humboldt or mendo.
