Hello all.
I have been doing some digging and trying to find some strains to grow that have large yields and high thc. So far I’ve found sum strains by Dinafem and strains by canuk that have such traits.
Could anyone please contribute some strains and breeders that I could order from with nice yields and quality? Thank you for your time everybody !

Good breaders in my view: Mr Nice seeds, Bodhi seeds, DJ Short Seeds, dark horse genetics, Sin City seeds, seed junky seeds, karma seeds,Aficionado, symbiotic, haute genetique, Humbolt Seeds

Some strains I can recommend with high yield and high THC: Super Silver Haze, Dream Lotus, Wedding cake, Gelato variations, bruce banner #3, chocolope, master kush, Sunshine daydream, many Gorilla Glue #4 crosses, Pineapple Skunk, Headband, Headbanger, blueberry to name some. If you can't find the strain or its not available, you can go to seedfinder and learn about the linage of the strains. You can then look for a good cross with another high yield/high THC strain.

This is for indoor growing and only my preferences. Good Luck!

I am a big fan of GG4 - hard to beat.
I routinely get 2.5 lbs per 1000 wt light in 6 weeks.
I am testing Chocolope and Do Si Do now for a possible room run.
The test plants are five weeks in flower.

The Choco looks very promising, but it is Sativa dominant and just may be a 10 week plant. We'll see.
The Do Si Do seems to be too squat and compact for my uses, but sure has a lot of bud sites on her ,,, and the buds are hard and compact.

I lol every time I see this question. "LOOKING FOR A CAR THAT GOES FAST WITH VERY LITTLE GAS AND LOW MILAGE AND LOW PRICE" like no shit everybody is looking for that man.

now the real question is, do you have the experience to bring these genetics to their full potential? Just because they have the ability to produce, do you have the skills to aid these plants in being the best they can be? If no, then you might as well just buy whatever seeds for now until you can get to that point.

I agree.. If there was a perfect strain everyone would grow it. In my experience, anything that yields super big, always lacks something. Most often potency. Its those little tight buds that drip thc and terps. I've found some nice plants that check all the boxes but dont master any of them. The best thing you can do is grow them to their potential. I'm not saying a big yielding high thc plant does not exist, it probably does, I just haven't found one that produces big with high thc, taste, and smell.

OR, he could find a great genetic, and spend a year becoming an expert in maximizing that genetic. I've done that ... and each grow got better as I learned.
Trimming the most recent harvest of GG4 right now. Exactly half the room is done. 72 plants under 6000 watts ... 15.5 lbs. Not bad.

I would start with something simple like Pure Power Plant (PPP) by Nirvana, respectable potency with strong upbeat lasting effect, heavy yields and great resistance to pests and mold. It's one of the few strains I've grown where it loves training/topping and clones pretty quick too. The smell and taste are not too overly strong, like licorice/Anisette.

you've spent a year growing the same strain and still harvest it at 6 weeks.....

Yes.
Is that seem unusual to you?
Can you do it in less?
Seriously, if you can - I'm interested to know how.

I work for a company. There are some decisions I don't get to make. My input is considered ... but the decision is way above my pay grade.

My bosses do market research to find out what the market wants, and, what the market will pay for what they want.

With that data they deliver moms and tell me what the next turn will be.

We are going to make a change away from GG4. Market forces are telling us that DoSiDo is increasing in demand, and GG4 is decreasing. Also, we will get more $ per lb for the DSD, though it will produce slightly less weight.

They also considering Granddaddy Purple, but not for my room, yet.

I told my boss that "You do know that, a new genetic, I won't be up to full speed for at least two turns." He just shrugged. No prob. I'm kinda proud of the weight and quality that I produce with the GG4, my boss is very happy ... I don't like changes, but ...
