looking for some wisdom from the wise

1st time grower(know ya hate hearing the same thing) here with orange and brown spots on my older leaves and for the life of me i can not figure out why on my new leaves they are starting to get lighter green spots than the rest of the leaves. ihave read the plant problems guides and actually have been looking at the info on this site for about a year and a half.My plants are 3 weeks old from seed and have 3 shoots of leaves (there even starting to stink). At first i thought it was nute burn because i got my tds pen last week and realized my tap wate was around 200-250 ppm(started with distilled in seedling and clone chamber). My nutes right now in my res are 350-360(and i didn't account for my tap water). it's been a week and the ppm has not went down nor has my water. i have them under 3 cfl's and one t12. I am using the gh flora series my temps flucuate between 79 and 83 degrees. I also have a 1000w hps light that I cut on 3 times a day for 20 minutes because i haven't got my fan and can filter yet.

i have a small fan circulating the air with my closet open with the cfl's running 24 a day. I am wondering is it not enough nutes or to much, is it because my water is at 200 ppm before i add the nutes. i keep the light at 2 inches awy with the cfl's and with the 1000w it's like 4 to 5ft away. it is dwc selfmade rubbermaid tote with square pots i put holes in with rockwool and hydroton my ph is at 6.0 even thou it rises to about 7 and i ph it down ounce i see it. I have only topped off ounce wich i really just poured over the hydroton to get to the roots. I have 5 plants going in this tote. wish i had pics of them and i will post some soon as i get the camera. PLEASE OH WISE ONES HELP IF YOU CAN

one more thing the strain is from different bag seeds because i want to get the basics right b4 i go get something flavorful. Would really like to know how i can combat this problems from the gods of roll it up.......

ust moved them to the reservoir last thursday so i have only put 25 ml of grow 50 ml of micro and 15 ml of bloom in a 10 gallon tote gh series my tap is 200 and my ppm in res is 350-360 ppm

and do you test the PH of your water after letting the nutes settle into the water?
yes i test it and it does not rise quickly but by the end of the night it get to about 7.0 to 8.0 and i get it back down to 6 using the liquid ph test and use the hannah primo tds pen

maybe you should start a soil plant or 2 allong with your hydro grow. i think soil is way better for new growers because its more forgiving for all the mistakes your going to encounter

maybe you are right ....do you have any other suggestions u could possibly give me ........right now my ph is stable and has been all day.....didn't even have to ph down like i usually do....thanks for posting everything helps
