I JUST GOT DONE WITH 12 IN MY 4x4!!! 2 ROGs,2 AVTs,2 FORUM STOMPERS,2 CQ X 24 CARAT,1 WW AUTO,1 SOUR CRACK,1 SKYWALKER X FRUITY PEBBLES,and 1 FORGOTTEN COOKIES!!! I WAS TAKING THEM OUT EVERYTIME I NEEDED TO WATER THEM... THEN I JUST DECIDED TO ALMOST RUN IT LIKE A HYDRO SET-UP CAUSE ONCE THE ROOTS GO OUT THE BOTTOM OF THE POT,I FILL UP MY FLOOD TRAY AND LEAVE IT UNTIL THE WATER IS EITHER SUCKED UP OR IT EVAPORATES... IF YOU GET YOURSELF A WATERING POT,MAKE SURE IT HAS AN EXTRA LONG SPOUT TO REACH ALL THE PLANTS...
Does this not cause you to run into humidity issues?

Are you referring to me about flipping to 12? I wanted to wait until my autos finished. I want all i can get out of those. Though my photo periods have quite a few calyxs all over them.
I vegged two photos for almost 100 days waiting for my autos to finish... No... Closer to 115 -120 cause I had this WW AUTO that my homie made and it took forever to get done!!! Ive learned that with photos, until you put them in 12/12,they will veg for damn near FOREVER!!!

I never get into the measuring of all that... I just watch the plants and what they do when I do what I do...

Of the 3 autos I have, only one is growing by the approximate timeframe given, which was 60 to 70 days seed to harvest. I'm not dissapointmented though, because the ones that didn't flower until after 2 months(the time they should have been harvested by, are quite impressive in size and amount of tops. So i was frustrated that they were taking so long, but now im pleased with the results so far. The one that is flowering by the book is gonna be sad and puny, so really i lucked out...

That's how it usually goes... Out of 6 autos that im growing right now 4 are really looking good... The other 2 look like they are fried!!! Bottom middle, bottom right corner15743570200492023023884710048467.jpg

Im definitely looking at the same time frame. If my autos vegged for 2 months, something tells me that they want be ready for harvest in a month either. So these photos are probably gonna veg for a while.

So do you use dry amendments or liquid nutes? I could see not PHing and checking ppms for dry nutes, but i know without PHing to around 6.2 or so, i run into mag deficiencies. And on my autos, if i use the recommended dose, it will burn the hell out of them. Now I have a couple in soil that i dont worry about checking ph. My tap is about 6.6, so i just leave it.

DAMN!!! You sound just like me!!! Take my advice: NEVER BITE OFF MORE THAN YOU CAN CHEW!!! Growing a lot of plants at one time to accumulate a lot of bud sounds good in your head, but when you put it into action, you will get overwhelmed by the jungle in front of you... And the plants suffer worse for it... One time I had so many plants in my 4x4 that I threw 12 away that i knew were absolute FIRE!!! And I still had too many!!!
I kinda already thought that especially since I’m doing SOG next grow. 20 to 30 may be too many in a 4x4?? It’s 5x5 but I was told too only account for 4c4 of growing space

20 to 30 girls? Damn! Haha. I hope they are autos. Even my autos have huge canopies. And that's a lot of work feeding too especially if your doing a coco grow

Yea it’s an OG auto it performed really well under almost terrible conditions so I figured hey...it has the one strong cola like recommended for SOG and it’s almost idiot proof strain it looks like. I don’t WANT to get in over my head but sometimes I say fuck it if I dig my way out I’ll learn a thing or two

Any pics of some previous finished ones? I've been wanting to do some diesel strains. Not a big fan of sativas, but i just love the terp profiles of the diesel strains. Though i do have 2 cheese plants, and they are sativas. The rest of my grow is all Indica. :)

I think I'm going soil run on my next grow. Probably a 70/30 mix(which is what one of my cheese plants is living in, and it's doing great.) The coco is just a lot of work for me

Ok, i can see some very slight almost burnt tips, but thats no biggie
Some of these Mephisto strains act funny when you feed them, that SOUR CRACK has never done this before and the 3BOG I've never grown before so I don't know about that one... Oh well... Live or die,the show must go on... But REALLY,im not one to let any plant

Megacrop and cal-mag... I guess its both then... And HELL FREAKIN YEAH,If you use what they say, your plants are French fries until you fix it!!! Ive had plants turn yellow from it and still bring it back... It's human error for the most part...

I'm gonna do both like I was in the beginning... I just like the idea of living soil... I put worms in it along with worm castings... And I would only do it in the fall, winter, and spring... Then you dont have to worry about bugs...

You think you can get in there to feed them and all that??? And what if something is wrong with a plant that's in the middle of the tent??? Maybe rethink that a little more... Everyone that I have seen doing a sog had an open space so they could get around to the plants from any and every angle... Just my thinking...
