Looking for northern climate friendly seeds.

Hey just wondering about some good strains to grow in late season coldness/dampness. I want big buds, fast finishing and strong mold resiliency. A friend of mine grew some nirvana ak 48 and they did awesome in terms of yield.

Any inputs or personal experience will be appreciated.
