You probably won't find any of the Maine dispensaries checking up on RIU...probably best to just call them and ask ;)

. but hey you could always move up here and be a grower for one of the dispensories, they always need 10$/hr 32hr/wk grunts..

I thought to supply a dispense, you simply walk in.. & ask if they are accepting vendors.

Though here in cali, They are shutting down the clinics left & right. I had 6x Clinics on a 2mile stretch of road 2 miles from my house last month. Now there is 0, and the last 1 to closed simply turned into a Delivery service.

I guess Delivery services are going to take over for the clinics for a while.

Here in Maine, a dispensary cannot purchase meds. They have to grow their own. There is a silly clause in the new law regarding caregivers, in that they can donate their overage to a dispensary. Hopefully that will change one day. Especially since from what I hear the dispensaries so far don't have much of a clue about producing meds.

like I am going to donate to some jack so he can sell it, fuck that. i make overage into concentrates/tinctures and donate that directly to patients.. why the hell would you go find a middle man so you cn donate? especially a donation the IRS won't do anything with except audit you..

WORD! 400! an ounce, those mother fuckers.. i gotta give out a bunch of meds cuz people/patients can't afford it, but those non-profits charge a good 150 more than any caregiver.. oh yeah and would they label that donated kind? would that shit say "shotrocker's OG fire" .. nope, cuz that dispensory doesn't want to shuffle customers off to caregivers..

and from the looks of it, I am not the only caregiver having to donate meds to low income patients, yet I have never heard of a dispensory donating jack..

again fuck that and fuck them. support your local caregiver

good riddance. frankly until caregivers can sell to disp. and more importantly the dispens don't act like greedy assholes, I don't support them. I'll split a patient with a caregiver it helps the patient but i can't think of anytime i would recomend a dispens.. I'd rather see 8 designated co-ops that are allowed to purchase caregiver med's, then you would have a more democratic control on the market.. but hey i have been called a socialist..

I'd rather help a patient with financial issues than give it to the dispensary and have them sell it at an inflated cost.

Then if the po-po or state ever drag you before a jury of your peers, you can show how you help folks. While the system (dispensaries) the state set up is out there trying to rip them off.

What's baffling to me is why the dispensaries are having so much trouble getting going. I'm sure there's a lot more to it than what I do, what with scrutiny and reporting to the state, meeting requirements, etc. But jeez..they have a golden opportunity to do what I do on a grand scale. Why can't any of them get it together?

Been a legal patient for 5 months now and still on a waiting list to even go to a dispesary.Whats up with that? They said the demand was triple for what they had for meds .Why not hire someone to grow pay them 200 an oz sell for 350 400 or whatever bullshit price they soak you for.Thats why I grow my own and am going to get the caregivers license.Screw the dispensaries and their 17.50 per gram weed thats not even as good as what I grow in the woods! Man, that's stupid. As a caregiver in r.I. we sell ounces to our listed patients for 200 a o. Now the price is alittle high for some , but it allows use to keep investing into an amazing hobby. Example being buying a ton of strains at 100 bucks for ten seeds that adds up quick as well as equipment co2 grow medium. Basicly all the stuff we cant reuse. As well as giving away free meds at monthly meetings. Here they made it so the patients and caregivers have to help each other. We don't have any dispensaries.
