So, after this recent ordeal with the "Mystery Oil" from canned butane, I've completely stopped dabbing (call me crazy). However, I do kind of miss it and I'm wondering if anyone knows of clubs or p2p (pm) that has bho made with a Closed-loop system or with N-tane? I know Shatter Bros. does this but a) I don't want to pay 100/g and b) I don't want to drive to the middle of nowhere. Thanks ahead of time for anyone that can help me out, and if you don't know what I'm talking about with the mystery oil check out TC or ICMag forums they both have threads going on.

Sure Qwizo, I won't link to other forums. but you really should check the TokeCity one out. here's a link to the facebook page of the guy conducting the tests: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mystery-Oil/191952837642348. basically he sprayed 50 cans of newport through a sterile tube into a sterile dish, and after purging the butane away he was left with 2.35 grams of some kind of weird yellowish oil. all butane brands tested so far do this (power 5, xikar, newport, vector, FasFill, etc.). he took the oil to a lab yesterday to have it analyzed and a guy named Graywolf is doing his own tests on it also. I'm interested in N-butane or a closed loop system because N-butane supposedly doesn't have this oil and a with a closed system you can filter the oil from the butane before using the butane. otherwise it seems that the oil stays in the concentrate, it won't winterize out or anything like that. we don't know what it is yet, if it's even harmful, but I use the herb to medicate and I'm not taking any chances.
