Looking for any info on what prepaid cards work internationally.

Like above I tried to order from Attitude but my debit was declined. I contacted my bank twice and two people gave me shit about how they don't allow internationals without paypal so either that or prepaid visa. I've searched quite a bit and have read about Wal-Mart prepaids like the Green Dot and shit, but I believe these make you send off for another copy when going international. I'm more interested in what cards will work right away. This has been quite a hassle and I missed out on the monthly promotion  but at this point I don't care anymore I would just love to be able to get a card, know it'll work internationally, and use it. If worse comes to worse I'll just do a send out version, so please tell me if you used those and they worked. I'm just sick of the bullshit; I want to spend my money the way I want to.

I also emailed Attitude but they never responded  Thanks in advance

Good luck. I use attitude all the time. I use a chase debit card just fine. The main thing is the billing name and address on the card has to match the delivery address. This is probably for their protection or something. You'll have a hard time finding a prepaid that will have your name and address. Thats why we use prepaid. It comes up as attitude gifts on your statement.

I used a Netspend card when I ordered a year or two ago. You have to give them name, address, ssn but worked right away if I remember correctly. Got it at a local gas station

Laws changed about prepaid cards as of April of 2012. There are very few that you can use now.
My last order (March Bday promo) I used a H&R Block prepaid. My next purchase I will get one of the Walmart prepaid. You need to order it a couple of weeks in advance though. They send you a permanent card, with the permanent card you can use to order overseas.

Okay I think this is what I will do unless anyone knows of any cards that work instantly. I think I remember reading netspends don't work anymore, probably because of that law. They are called Wal-Mart Moneycard, right? It sucks I will have to wait a few weeks but it is what it is. All this trouble just to spend some of my money outside of paypal internationally, it's so stupid.

If I had the money I'd go try. Kind of mad at net spend right now though. One plan says no monthly fees. Fine print says there is a monthly fee if not used once every so many months. They ate my $20.

Wal-Mart Moneycard does work. You do have to use your SSN and wait for another copy in the mail ~a week. There is a 3 dollar fee to put money on, and another fee for international purchases like 2.5% or something. Just figured I'd update for future lurkers.

My delivery and billing address never matches. Hell, my orders aren't even sent to the same name or sex as the person listed on the card. All make it with no problems
