Looking for advice on building grow room. 3d model pictures included

I'm having a new house built here in the next few months and decided its time to plan the grow room. 16' 3 3/4" X 8' internal dimensions.

equipment that i'm looking at running is as follows, I'll be growing blue mystic if that helps any. The colors don't match what they will be in real life, growing areas will be covered in mylar. Also let me know if anyone has any experience with these LEDs before I go dropping 4600 on them.

Filter : Growboy 6", Tall boy advanced carbon filter
LEDs : (Hydrogrowled) 1--> 21X-PRO for clone machine
8--> 84X-PRO for veg / flowering

looks like you have it all covered you might want a fan to blow air on the inside of the room. best of luck on the new room

Where would you put the fans in the room if it were yours?

Above the door blowing towards the back of the room so it blows the warm air to an extraction point.
